Step 1

Clean the fish and mix with Turmeric powder and salt and deep fried till 3/4 cook.

Step 2

Pound 2 chilies and 2 garlic.

Step 3

Slit 4 chilies, slice garlic, ginger and onion, cut tomatoes into wedges.

4)Add oil, fry pounded chili and garlic till nice fragrant.

Step 4

Add onion, garlic, ginger, chili and fry till nice fragrant.

Step 5

Add tomatoes and fry till soft.

Step 6

Add tamarind juice and water and stir well.

Step 7

Add fish, palm sugar and salt.

Step 8

Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 9

:-Serve hot with white rice!!!
