For preparing paneer masala, heat oil in pan, fry onion, cardamom, cloves, pepper corns, cumin seeds and chilly powder.
When cooled, grind it and keep this aside.
Heat oil in same pan and fry the ground masala.
Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
When the oil starts to show up, add paneer pieces and sautT well.
Add little water and cook till paneer pieces are cooked.
Add cashew paste and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from flame and serve hot. Decorate with coriander leaves.
