Step 1

For preparing lemony chicken tikka, first marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and oil for 4 hours.

Step 2

Mix in processed cheese, cashew nut paste, cream, curd, white pepper powder, cardamom powder, chicken masala powder, maida and oil. Allow it to marinate in this mixture for another 2 hours.

Step 3

Cook it in a tandoor, occasionally brushing it with clarified butter.

Step 4

Lemony chicken tikka is ready. Serve hot.
