For preparing medu vada, grind raw rice and split black gram separately. Mix it well together.
Add in the green chillies, onion and salt. Mix well.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Take a bit of the mixture in your wet hands and make a hole in the middle. Deep fry it in oil.
Medu vada`s are ready. Serve hot ith chutney.
