Step 1 Mushroom Pulav Recipe

Step 1

Heat oil in a kadai and add oil and cumin seeds.

Add cinnamon,cloves and cardamom to this and stir for 2 minutes.

Add onions,tomatoes and ginger garlic paste stir until tomatoes becomes soft and mashy.

Add vegetables like beans,carrot ,capsicum t and mushroom to this

Add 1 cup of water to this , close the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

When it gets cooked we can add cooked rice to this vegetables and stir for 2 minutes .

Step 7

Now mushroom vegetable pulav is ready to serve.
