Step 1

Wash mutton pieces and keep it aside to drain water.

Step 2

In a pressure cooker,add 2 table spoon of coconut oil and mix it till onion changes its color to golden brown.

Step 3

Add potatoes, ginger,green chillies and curry leaves
let it cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add mutton pieces, coriander power and leave it on flame till full water from mutton drains.

Step 5

Add coconuts second milk,salt and wait till 4 whistles in high flame and keep it in low flame for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

Afterwards open the pressure cooker and add coconuts first milk in low flame.

Step 7

Let it boil for 5 minutes and add one spoon of coconut oil.

Step 8

:- Mutton Stew is ready!!!

Step 9

:- Serve the Mutton Stew with palappam,dosa,vellepam or puttu!!

Step 10

:- Enjoy eating Mutton Stew!!!
