Ingredients

  • 1) Prawns 500 gm. 2) Pepper powder -1/2 tsp. 3) Fenugreek seeds 5-6 nos. 4) Onion medium - 2 nos. 5) Cumin powder-1/2 tsp. 6) Cooking oil - 2 tbs. 7) Ginger/Garlic paste - 1 tsp. 8) Salt to taste.9) Tomato - 1 no. 10) Green chilly - 3 nos. 11) Curr

Heat the pan with oil and put fenugreek seeds

Fry the onion till brown

Add ginger/garlic paste and mix well then add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and green chilly and stir well

Add chopped tomato and curry leaves and stir until it becomes a paste

Add the prawns and mix well

Close the pan with a lid and cook in low flame about 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally till it turns brown.
