Step 1

For preparing omlette curry, make omlette adding the ingredients: egg, onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, celery, salt and pepper powder in hot oil.

Step 2

Grind the ingredients: coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, ginger, cashew nut.

Step 3

SautT onion in oil and then add tomato.

Step 4

Add chilly, ground paste and fry well.

Step 5

Pour 2nd milk to it and boil.

Step 6

Mix cashew paste in 1st milk and pour it to the above mixture when 2nd milk boils.

Step 7

Add vinegar and omlette. Cook for some more time in low flame.

Step 8

Serve hot.
