Step 1

Soak saffron in little cold milk, and keep it aside.

Step 2

Soak rava in little water for 10 mins.

Step 3

Soak almonds in hot water
for 1 hr.

Step 4

Peel skin and grind the almonds into a fine paste with 1 cup of milk instead of water.

Step 5

Boil evaporated milk, condensed milk and almond paste for 10 - 15 mins.

Step 6

Add saffron and kesar color to the above and let it cool.

Step 7

Knead maida, soaked rava and sugar into a nice dough, using some cold water.

Step 8

Make small pooris by rolling the small balls and flattening them with a rolling pin.

Step 9

Deep fry in oil and soak the poories in the boiled milk mixture.

Step 10

:- Serve cold/hot.
