Step 1

Heat milk in a pan and add lemon juice into it. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat another pan and add ghee.

Step 3

Pour the pre-treated milk into the pan and then add sugar.

Step 4

Stir this mixture till the milk separates into very tiny particles (like beach sand) and becomes thick. Ready to eat now.
