Step 1

For preparing paneer and egg scramble, first beat egg, tomato puree, salt, pepper and turmeric.

Step 2

Heat butter in a pan, add onion and fry well. Add paneer and fry. Add the beaten egg and scramble it.

Step 3

When done, add the chesse and immediately transfer it to plate.

Step 4

Add coriander leaves and serve hot.

Step 5

Paneer and egg scramble is ready.
