  • All purpose flour / maida : 2 cup
    Baking Powder : ½ tsp
    Yeast : 1 tsp
    Oil : 2 tsp
    Sugar : 3 tsp
    Salt : ½ tsp
    Lukewarm Milk + Water : 1 glass (half glass each)
    Sesame : to sprinkle

Mix all purpose flour with baking powder, yeast, sugar and salt.

Knead well using milk & water. Add oil in between. (The milk and the water must be lukewarm. Excess heat would kill the yeast. )

Keep it to rise for about 45 to 60 minutes.

Make small balls. Sprinkle sesame over them and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes on 170 - 200 degree C.
