Step 1

Mix together all the ingredients except water.

Step 2

Add just enough water to make a firm dough.

Step 3

:- When potatoes come into contact with the salt in the mixture, they give out moisture which makes the dough softer.

Step 4

Keep covered for 15 mins.

Step 5

Divide into 20 balls and roll out to about 3 mm thick poories.

Step 6

Deep fry in moderately hot oil, till golden brown on both sides.
