Potato Spirals/ Tornado Potato

Spiral cutting in potatoes is a surprisingly simple alternative to baked or fried potatoes. As I did not have one of those spiral cutting at home, I resorted to the manual way of cutting the potatoes by using thin sharp knife instead. The result was pretty good. the spiral potato also came too crispy. The spiral potatoes inserted in a skewer stick is marinated with maida and spices and baked in oven. Kids will love it....
