Step 1

For preparing rava kichadi, first heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds.

Step 2

Add garam masala, onion, vegetables and green chillies.

Step 3

Saute for a while and add turmeric powder.

Step 4

Now add rava and fry for few minutes.

Step 5

Boil water in a vessel with required salt.

Step 6

Pour the water to the rava mixture and mix well.

Step 7

Do not make it too sticky. Add little oil and fry it again.

Step 8

Finally add coriander leaves.

Step 9

Rava kichadi is ready.
