Step 1

For preparing raw mango cooler, boil the raw mangoes for 5 minutes in little water. Cool it.

Step 2

Remove the skin & take out the pulp.

Step 3

Blend the pulp, sugar, cardamom powder & saffron in a blender.

Step 4

Add 6 cups of water to the mixture & mix well

Step 5

Serve chilled.
