Step 1

Soak poha in 1/2 cup of water for about 15 minutes.

Step 2

Add salt, finely cut chillies and yoghurt and mix well. If you need more thin consistency, add more curd or buttermilk.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 4

Add the ingredients for the seasoning.

Step 5

Pour it over the prepared mixture.

Step 6

Garnish with finely cut onions.

Step 7

Sprinkle chatnipudi on it.
