Step 1

Marinate the squid with turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp chilli powder and salt.

Step 2

Add 1/2 cup of water & cook the squid on a simmer fire for about 10 mins.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 4

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute till they turn brown.

Step 5

Add the onions and cook till they turn soft.

Step 6

Add the tomato, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and cook till tomato turn pulpy.

Step 7

Add the cooked squid and mix well.

Step 8

Saute till the entire curry becomes bit dry.

Step 9

:- Serve hot with chappathi or rice.
