Step 1

For preparing steak fry, first prick holes with a fork on beef slices.

Step 2

Marinate the beef with mustard powder, salt, pepper and lime juice for 1/2 hour.

Step 3

Grill the slices in a preheated oven or fry it in a pan by pouring little olive oil and turn both sides.

Step 4

Place the cooked pieces in a serving plate and keep aside.

Step 5

In a pan, pour little olive oil. Add chopped garlic, spring onions, coriander leaves and worcestershire sauce and fry it.

Step 6

Immediately pour the sauce over the beef slices and serve hot.

Step 7

Steak fry recipe is ready.
