Step 1

Heat little ghee in a frying pan and fry the cashew nuts and raisins.

Step 2

Fry wheat rava in the remaining ghee until the colour changes to light brown.

Step 3

Boil 2 measures of water in a thick vessel.

Step 4

Add fried wheat rava and cook.

Step 5

Add sugar and keep stirring.

Step 6

Allow the mixture to boil for about 2 to 3 minutes, remove from the flame.

Step 7

Boil and add the milk to payasam.

8)Mix cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom powder.

Step 8

:- Suji (Rava) Payasam is ready to serve!!
