Ingredients

  • Jujube / elandha pazham 1 cup
    jaggery 3 tsp
    red chili 2 no.
    salt 1 tsp
    asafoetida 1 pinch

remove the steam, clean and wash it and Cut open all the fruits and check for worms and decay.

remove the seed from jujube

take all in one side of the elandha pazham and check any seed is there

take jaggery, salt, red chili and asafoetida

add every thing in a mixi and grind it

now add seedless jujube and grind it again

take small and make as round shape, keep it in a plate and allow to dry for 2 days in sunlight
