A good appetizer - cutlets made with canned tuna

Step 1

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.

Step 2

Fry onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger and curry leaves, until the color starts changing.

Step 3

Add chilly powder and black pepper. Keep it aside.

Step 4

Mix the canned tuna with the mashed potatoes.

Step 5

Add the fried items to this along with salt and mix well.

Step 6

Shape small portions into oval cutlets.

Step 7

Dip them in beaten egg and then cover them in bread crumbs.

Step 8

Deep fry in oil, until golden brown.

Step 9

:- Serve them with Tomato Ketchup.


The recipe turn out great!!! Try to add 1 tsp of fish curry powder....it taste better.
