Step 1

Finely chop all the vegetables and simmer in a covered pan without water till half done.

Step 2

Add all the masala powder except black pepper and aji-no-moto.

Step 3

Add all the sauces (1 tsp each) along with dry corn flour.

Step 4

Mix well and make small balls.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai and fry the balls in smoking oil to a golden brown color and keep them aside.

Step 6

Prepare the Sauce Mixture with the leftover sauces along with vinegar, black pepper, aji-no-motto and sugar.

Step 7

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 8

Add green chillies along with the Sauce Mixture.

Step 9

Put all the balls and mix well.

Step 10

Cook for one minute.

Step 11

:- Serve hot.
