Step 1

Wash the vegetables and cut them into uniform small pieces. Add black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and mix well with hand. Add corriander leaves. Refrigerate for few minutes before use. Fresh, tasty, crunchy and health vegetable salard is ready. Excellent combination while having oily or spicy meal.
Note: Green Chilli can be used instead of black pepper powder.
