Vendakka Mezhukkupuratty
this is a very easy mezhukkupuratty
Ingredients
- 1cup chopped Ladys finger
- 2 chopped Onions
- 5 put Green chilly
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai and add sliced onions, green chillies and cook till they become brown colour..
- Add chopped lady's finger and salt.
- Fry till the ladys finger until it is soft and tender and cooked well.
- Now lady's finger mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve.
