Banana bread wheel is a simple tea time snack prepared with banana ,Grated coconut and bread.

  1. Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  2. Sweet cook the banana for 5 minutes.
  3. Pulse bread slices,grated coconut, cardamom powder and sugar in a mixie without adding water.
  4. Take a bowl and add steamed banana and bread mix.
  5. Add 1 tsp ghee and knead it well.
  6. Pinch ball out of it and shape it into a thin elongated log/pipe.
  7. Wind it in spiral shape and gently press the ends towards the previous layer.repeat for the rest of the mix.
  8. Heat a tawa and brush some ghee on it.shallow fry it on low flame until golden brown in colour.
  9. Bread banana wheel is ready now!!!
