  • For preparing the tasty dish, mix together all the above ingredients with sliced beef except shallots, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes until the beef is cooked and soft. In a kadai (i used munchatty ) take some coconut oil n saute chopped shallots,curry leaves n coriander leaves. add the cooked meat n fry till dry n oil leaves the sides.add a pinch of garam masala powder n a little bit of pepper pwdr. garnish with curry leaves n coriander leaves.
