  1. heat the oil in the cooker and temper the mustard, cumin seed and red chili
  2. add chopped onion and garlic and saute it
  3. now add drum stick, field bean and radish and mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins
  4. add brinjal and yellow pumpkin and mix well
  5. add salt and turmeric powder and allow to for 3 mins
  6. add sambar powder and mix well
  7. add thordal and 4 cup of water and allow cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  8. add tamarind water and mix it
  9. add soaked rice and allow to cook for 2 mins and close the lid and allow for 1 whistle
  10. now bisibelabath is ready to serve
