Instructions
  1. cut the brinjal in round shape
  2. add ginger garlic, cinnamon, clove, fennel seed, and pepper and make as a fine paste
  3. in a bowl add ginger garlic paste, besan flour, rice flour, maida, corn flour, red chili powder,salt and turmeric
  4. add water and make as a batter
  5. add brinjal and mix it
  6. add sliced onion, curry leaves and mix well
  7. heat the oil in the pan and fry the brinjal until it get crispy
  8. now brinjal pakoda is ready to serve
