  • Custard powder - 1 tbsp
  • Strawberries(chopped) - 1 1/2 cups
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Ice cream(any Flavour) - 1 scoop

Instructions
  1. For preparing cornflakes pudding, take a bowl add cornflakes, butter and 1 1/2 tbsp sugar. Mix well.
  2. Put this mixture in a bowl and press it down.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup milk over it and allow it to soak. Keep it aside.
  4. Take a vessel add water, strawberries and the balance sugar. Allow it to cook.
  5. Take a cup add custard powder and milk. Mix well to avoid lumps.
  6. Pour this custard mixture into the strawberry mix and allow it to cook for half a minute on low flame.
  7. Pour it over the cornflakes and allow it to cool.
  8. Then refrigerate it till it sets.
  9. Cornflakes pudding is ready. Serve cool with ice cream.
