  • garlic(crushed) - 1 clove
  • Water - 4 tbsp
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -

  • Cheddar cheese(grated) - 10 g
  • Mozzarella cheese(grated) - 10 g

Instructions
  1. For preparing creamy baked potatoes, heat a vessel on low flame.
  2. Add in cream, water, garlic, pepper powder, thyme, rosemary and potatoes. Remove it from the flame and mix well.
  3. Add in the grated cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and salt. Mix it well.
  4. Put this in a baking tray and bake it on 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
  5. Once done, garnish with cheddar cheese and mozzarella if required.
  6. Creamy baked potatoes are ready.
