  • Urad and channa dal - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. soak red rice flakes for 10 minutes and drain excess water
  2. In pan add oil temper mustard and dals. saute onion, chili and curry leaves
  3. Now saute with poha and mix well
  4. Now add chopped cucumber. add salt and mix well
  5. Now add lemon juice and mix well
  6. Now its ready to serve
