Instructions
  1. For preparing fudge icing, cream the butter in a bowl till soft and completely free from lumps.
  2. Add in the rum or essence.
  3. Sift cocoa and icing sugar together.
  4. Slowly put it into the butter mixing it continuously.
  5. When it becomes very stiff add in warm water to make a smooth consistency(do not use boiling water).
  6. Fudge icing is ready. It could be used to spread on any cake.
