Instructions
  1. For preparing keema paratha stuffing, fry ginger and garlic in ghee. Add the minced meat, salt, garam masala and chilly powder. Mix well.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook on low heat till the ghee and the masala separates. Allow the mince to cook well.
  3. Mix in onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well and allow it to cook till the water drains completely.
  4. Keema paratha stuffing is ready. Use as a stuffing for parathas.
