Fry until it is very brown. I also added little bit garam masala. It is very nice. A totally different taste.

This receipe is excellent and well Descriptionibed to it`s exact detail. Though I`m a Maharastrian now settled in California, I experiment with various food styles and Kerala style food is my fondest. This recipe stands out from the rest and it has a sumptuous taste and that taste lingers forever in the mouth. The aroma of the dish is mouth-watering and the dish is appetizing.
