Instructions
  1. For preparing microwave baked egg custard, heat milk in a microwave proof dish on the power of 10 for 5 minutes.
  2. Wisk the eggs and sugar till the sugar dissolves.
  3. Slowly pour it into the milk while mixing. Sprinkle nutmeg powder.
  4. Cover the dish with a lid.
  5. Heat on the power of 300 for 15 to 16 minutes.
  6. Remove it and allow it to set completely.
  7. Put it in the refrigerator.
  8. Microwave baked egg custard is ready. Serve chilled.
