This mixed vegetable chutney is very good to health and simple to do. This chutney is prepared with small twist with English vegetable and country vegetables. This is a good combo for all breakfast. It has more fiber and healthy too.

  1. In Pan add 1/4 tbsp oil and sauté onion
  2. Now add Bottle gourd and sauté well
  3. Now add carrot and cook well
  4. Now add brinjal and tomato and sauté well till it cook
  5. Now add tamarind and red chili and sauté well
  6. Now add coconut mix well and turn off and salt and allow to cool
  7. Now grind fine and transfer to bowl
  8. Now temper with oil and Mustard and channa dal
  9. Now its ready to serve Mixed vegetable chutney with all Indian breakfast
