  1. cook mutton using water, salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  2. heat a pan add oil and when it gets hot add the bay leaves ,cinnamon and clove ,pepper.
  3. sauté it for 2 mint and then add onion ,garlic,ginger, tomato and sauté until it gets brawn.
  4. then add all the powders to it and sauté it well.
  5. to this add the cooked mutton .
  6. then close the pan for 10 mint and allow it to get boiled and in roasted stage.
  7. then add the coriander leaves.
  8. then stir well and transfer to serving dish.
