For preparing nutritious karkadaka kanji, cook chennellari, aashaali,
fenugreek seeds
and chukku with required
water
.
Grind the
cumin powder
,
curry leaves
,
turmeric powder
and
coconut
. Add it with the above kanji.
Nutritious karkadaka kanji is ready. Serve with ashtachoornam.
