Instructions
  1. For preparing oats porridge, boil water and add the oats powder.
  2. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes till it cooks.
  3. Then add in the milk and sugar. Mix it well.
  4. Oats porridge is ready. Serve warm.
  5. Note: 1)Oats are rich in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin B and E, iron and magnesium.
  6. Magnesium and vitamin B are both particularly important for strong nerves.
