Instructions
  1. Cut Potato in thin slices
  2. In bowl add all ingredients except potato and oil
  3. Now add water mix well. If you need more add little for dropping consistent
  4. Heat the oil in frying pan and dip potato and coat the batter gently
  5. Place in hot oil add three or four in batch and fry both side
  6. Now remove from oil place in paper towel
  7. Now it's ready to serve hot Potato Bajji
