  • Onions(finely chopped) - 3 nos
  • Ginger(minced) - 2 inch
  • garlic(minced) - 5 cloves
  • Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
  • Spinach - 2 bunches
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves(chopped) - 8 springs
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 3 tsp
  • Garam masala - 2 tsp
  • Lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream(beaten well) - 1/2 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing potato green gravy, blanch the spinach leaves and leave to cool.
  2. Grind the blanched spinach, coriander leaves and mint leaves into a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Saute onions, ginger, garlic and green chilies till it becomes light brown.
  5. Add chilly powder, coriander powder and 1 tsp of garam masala.
  6. Then pour the leaves paste, required water and potatoes into this pan.
  7. Allow the potatoes to cook.
  8. Then add fresh cream and stir. Lower the flame(donĀ¦t let it boil).
  9. Garnish by sprinkling pepper powder and garam masala powder.
  10. Potato green gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice, bread, paratha etc.
