Instructions
  1. For preparing radish beetroot cutlet, cook the radish and potatoes in salt water. Pressure cook it till it is done and drain the water out.
  2. In a bowl mash the potatoes, beetroot and radish with the back of the fork.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, ginger, green chillies, garam masala, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chilly powder and pepper powder. Stir in previously mashed potato mixture. Fry well and mix.
  4. Take a little of the mixture and make it in a cutlet shape.
  5. Dip each cutlet in egg and then in bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both the sides till it becomes brown in colour.
  7. Radish beetroot cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
