Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy chicken heart, heat coconut oil in a pan and saute the onions till transparent.
  2. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Fry it well. 3)Then add in pepper, turmeric, salt and cumin powder. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.
  3. Now add in the chicken heart and pour in required water. Cover and cook.
  4. Open the lid and if there is water allow it to dry up by boiling it.
  5. Pour in the vinegar and add in the coriander leaves.
  6. Spicy chicken heart is ready. Serve hot with bread, chapatti, parota, etc.
