Instructions
  1. For preparing spicy potatoes, cut the potatoes into cubes and cook it in salt water. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl mix in maida, corn flour, baking powder, chilly powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder, salt and egg. Make a lump free batter with required water.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Dip each of the potato cubes in the batter and then fry it in oil till it becomes light brown on low flame.
  5. Spicy potatoes are ready. Serve hot as a snack for tea.
