Instructions
  1. For preparing tasty fish puttu, cook the fish fillets with a little water and salt in a vessel, stirring it continuously.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a vessel. Fry onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, garam masala, tumeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and salt. Mix it well.
  3. Then add the cooked fish fillets to it and stir well. Remove it from the flame and keep it aside.
  4. Then mix rice flour and salt. Wet it to make the puttu mixture.
  5. In a puttu mould, fill the fish masala instead of adding coconut in the middle of the steam cake.
  6. Steam it.
  7. Tasty fish puttu is ready. Serve hot.
