  • garlic(grated) - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce - 3 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 4 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour(mixed with 1/2 cup water) - 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Sugar(A pinch) -
  • Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Water(As reqd) -
  • Oil(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing tofu in sauce, heat oil in a vessel.
  2. Saute in garlic, red chilly sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, pepper powder and ajinomoto for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in water and corn paste. Mix well.
  4. Add in sugar, salt and vinegar. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Add in the tofu and allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  6. Tofu in sauce is ready. Serve hot with noodles.
