  • All purpose flour 1cup
  • Mixed vegetable – 1 1/2cups
  • soya paneer – 1/2cup
  • Crushed ginger & garlic 1tsp
  • Onions – 1nos
  • Green chili – 1nos
  • Chili powder – 1tsp
  • Salt(as reqd) –
  • Oil 2tbsp
  1. Chop all vegetable and keep aside
  2. In pan add oil and saute ginger garlic and add onions and green chili
  3. Add all vegetables mix well add chili powder and salt and cook for 5 mins and turn off . Add tofu and mix well. now stuffing is ready.
  4. In mean time make dough of all purpose flour and keep aside
  5. Flat thin sheet of dough and place it tawa
  6. cook one side and turn back and apply oil and tofu stuffing
  7. Roll like full and cook for one min
  8. Now its ready to serve Tofu vegetable wrap
