For the roll of vegetable frankie:-
  • Atta – 2cups
  • Water enough to knead the dough –
For the stuffing:-
  1. Mix atta with water and salt to make a dough.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add minced ginger and green chillies and saute.
  4. Add grated cabbage, grated carrot, capsicum and saute for few seconds.
  5. Add salt, tomato ketchup, Schezwan sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Saute well till it is half cooked.
  6. Take out4-5 portions of the dough and shape it into balls.
  7. Roll out each portion into a thin round by dusting a little whole wheat flour.
  8. Cook lightly both sides on a tawa.
  9. Pour a little oil and spread the vegetables over the chappathis and roll it.
