Step 1

Cut the mutton into somewhat small pieces.

Step 2

Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, lemon juice and some salt to the mutton and marinate for an hour.

Step 3

Mix rice flour and corn flour.

Step 4

Add water and salt and prepare a dough (like pakoda dough ).

Step 5

Add the marinated mutton to the dough and allow to settle for 10 mins.

Step 6

Deep fry the mutton like bajjis.

Step 7

In the same oil, deep fry the curry leaves and the chillies (marinated in lemon juice and salt for a day ).

Step 8

:- Serve the mutton fry and the curry leaf-green chilly fry while hot.


it is a diff recipe and v v tasty i an not able to follow it properly but goog taste thaks


This seems to be an easy recipie, specially for north indians. they like the fries and tikkas so much. i will try it this week. thanks.
